The Humpback Bridge lays claims to be the oldest covered bridge remaining in Virginia.  It was built in 1857 and stretches over the Dunlap Creek. The bridge is 100 feet long and 4 feet higher in the center, thus the name Humpback Bridge.  This is a historical landmark located in Alleghany County, VA.
